The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with S.C./S.T. Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014, registered under Sections 406, 420, 323, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(i)(x) of S.C./S.T. Act. The whole thrust of allegation of assault against Niraj Kumar and this petitioner is only wife of Niraj Kumar. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case , the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with SC/ST Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
