BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 24-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the Respondents to make payment of dues of difference of salary, as well as, all consequential benefits, as have been given to Sushil Kumar Dubey and others, who have been reinstated by the order of the Hon'ble High Court, Patna."

On the other hand, in the counter statement respondents have taken a decision that the petitioner is not entitled to relief as sought in the present petition.

Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order as to why the petitioner is not entitled to relief as sought in the present petition. Such speaking order shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is entitled the same shall be calculated and disbursed to the petitioner within a period of next two months.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
