Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 313, 315, 316, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is husband of the complainant. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same including allegation of murderous assault.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
