2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025, instituted under Sections 191(2), 190, 329(3), 329(4), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence when the informant was cooking food, 6 accused persons including the petitioners armed with Hockey stick and danda came and started assaulting. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the Nandoi of the informant causing head injury to him. When the mother-in-law of the informant came to save,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18130 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026 2/3 the accused persons assaulted her causing broken of waist. When the brother of informant was making video, accused persons snatched the mobile from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Injury of the informant is simple in nature and the injury report of Laxman Bhagat (Nandoi of informant) has not been produced on record. Petitioners and informant are agnates. They have settled the dispute and they have filed the compromise petition before the Court concerned. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties and nature of injury, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025, subject to
