The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case registered under Section 506 and other section of the Indian Penal Code.
Complainant alleged that the petitioner took a loan of Rs.2,00,000/- from him, but did not make payment. On the face of the allegation, it appears that it is a case of borrowing and lending of money. No chit of paper is shown. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
