JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2018 for having misused the privilege of bail which was granted to him on 11.02.2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that wrongly his bail bonds were cancelled. The misuse, if at all, was for a day and for which the petitioner had filed necessary application. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner after the cancellation of the bail bond, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 257/2018.

The requirement of the petitioner participating in the trial proceedings shall subsist.
