2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

I. To direct the Concerned Respondents to issue the Mutation Receipt through Online mode under the name of the Petitioner concerning the land bearing Khata no. 332, Plot no. 2430, Area 4.6875 decimals forthwith.

II. To direct the concerned Respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner on 30-01- 2026 forthwith.

III. To direct the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.4957 of 2026(2) dt.20-04-2026 2/3 Respondents to protect the peaceful possession of Petitioner on his own registered land in 2026 in the Interest of Justice forthwith.

IV. To grant any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts & circumstances of the case.

3. A proper petition has been preferred for mutation of the land and the petitioner had to invoke writ jurisdiction for a direction upon the Circle Circle, Rajgir, Nalanda (respondent no. 4) to dispose it of.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if not disposed of, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. This Court has taken note of the fact that for such smaller issues, the litigant has to move before Patna High Court. If the petition has still not been disposed of, the Circle Officer, Rajgir, Nalanda is cautioned to be careful in future and ensure that any petition preferred before him/her is taken to its logical conclusion within a time frame/ direction issued by the State.

6. It is expected that this petition will also be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest after hearing the parties preferably within a period of sixty days from the day a proper petition along with the copy of the order is preferred before him/
