JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is the husband, who is being prosecuted and apprehends arrest in relation to Bhagalpur(Mahila)P.S.Case No. 20 of 2014 instituted under sections 498-A 341, 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner first points out that the parties were married in the year 2006, and it is also not in dispute that the petitioner resides and works for living at Bombay. After eight years of marriage, only at the instigation of some persons, this case has been lodged.
Be that as it may, it is directed that in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33349 of 2014 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner Raju Gupta shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bhagalpur(Mahila)P.S. Case No. 20/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) B.Roy/- U
