1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) To give the directions to the respondents to pay the daily wages of this petitioner which have been wrongly withheld by the respondents.

(ii) To give directions to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as this petitioner has been working since. long under the Block Development Officer, Dulhin Bazar, Patna on the daily wage Government Driver.

(iii) To give litigation cost to the petitioner as the respondents have compelled to file the present writ petition."
