The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dehri (T) Indrapuri P.S.Case No. 590 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that accused persons enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission is that earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected as the girl was traceless by that time, but in recent past, she has appeared and gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C, the court has assessed her age 20 years and she stated that she got married voluntarily with Bablu Kumar, one of the co-accused and living together and petitioner is brother-inlaw of Bablu Kumar. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Case No. 590 of 2017.
