Taking into consideration that petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he along with several other persons blocked road and damaged not only government but also private property and also pelted stones causing injuries to several persons, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. case no. 35/2015 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
