2. The petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. From the perusal of the records, it appears that the informant Kajal Kumari (now accused), who is the wife of one Vivek Kumar Singh (deceased), was in relationship with one Kundan Kumar. The petitioner and others have killed the deceased. During the investigation, it has come that the

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
