Petitioner seeks bail in Biroul P.S. Case No.68 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against petitioner that he inflicted injury with dagger on the informant in his abdomen and thigh. Injury report of the informant is enclosed as Annexure-2, which shows that all the injuries were simple in nature. In the written report, it is mentioned that occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
