That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), quashing the notice dated 18.8.2020, contained in memo no. 912 issued under the signature of Circle Officer, Areraj, District- East Champaran (Respondent No.-4) by which he has directed the petitioner and others to remove encroachment from the land bearing Khata No.-7, Khesra No.- 1205 area 9 decimal land as the said land is public land where as there is no encroachment/ construction on the public land/ road by the petitioner.

And/or any other relief (s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
