The learned trial court has reported that almost all the prosecution witnesses except one have already been examined. The learned trial court has sought two months' time for conclusion of trial of the petitioner. The report of the trial court goes to show that the trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner happens to be assailant, again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 411 of 2016 arising out of Parbatta P. S. Case No. 59 of 2015 stands rejected. However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
