The present application has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 12 of 2022 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is legally wedded wife of the Opposite Party and the petitioner was tortured and ousted from her Sasural at Munger. She has danger of her life at Munger as she is witness of a crime done by family members of the Opposite Party against her Sister-in-law (Jethani). Learned counsel for the opposite party has been heard.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is a poor lady and she is an agent at Village Post office and she hardly earns Rs. 700 to 1000 per month from this work, which is not

Patna High Court MJC No.472 of 2022(4) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 sufficient to fulfill her personal needs and there is no other source of income and she will have difficulty in contesting her Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 12 of 2022 at Munger and it will be convenient for her to contest her Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 12 of 2022 at Patna, therefore, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 12 of 2022 is transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

The records of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 12 of 2022 should immediately be sent by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger and the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna through FAX and e-mail for its compliance.
