JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 14578 of 2016 which had stood dismissed on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not appear on the said day and time, when the case was taken up, on account of his illness, hence this Court may restore the present petition to its original file. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court MJC No.882 of 2019(3) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid petition bearing CWJC No. 14578 of 2016 to its original file.
The petition stands allowed.
