Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. disclosed occurrence of robbery allegedly committed by the unknown persons. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Kamlesh Manjhi, who has already been allowed bail by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.60441 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2017.

In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36066 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gurua Police Station Case No.18 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
