Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of unnatural offence against a child of seven years old. Submission is that the parties have entered into a compromise and the Doctor did not find any sign of unnatural offence or any other injury which was probable in such cases. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with Kahalgaon Police Station Case No. 237 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur.
