Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the head of the son of the informant by means of tangi with an intention to kill him and the injury report shows that multiple injuries have been found on the person of the victim. Considering the specific allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27584 of 2021(5) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 petitioner and multiple injuries found on the person of the victim, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial well within a period of six months.

If no substantial progress takes place in the trial within the aforesaid period, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.
