The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 385, 387, 455, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is a social worker and he is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27917 of 2021(5) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
