The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 06.01.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.20821 of 2022 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed on 15.02.2023 as would be evident from Annexure-5 to the bail application.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18883 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Trial No. 45 of 2022/CIS-15/2022 arising out of Kesariya P. S. Case No.350 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
