The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324 and 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.27916 of 2021(3) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S.
