This Court would expect that the petitioner's Counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 377 and 201 of IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Only one witness remains to be examined as per report dated 16.07.2022. In view of this development, this Court is not inclined to take a different view than what was taken while rejecting the petitioner's prayer for bail earlier on 03.05.2018 in Cr. Misc No. 16803 of 2018 and thereafter on 19.01.2022 in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17149 of 2022(6) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 Misc No. 24373 of 2021.

This application is rejected with observation that the trial court should proceed in the matter expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment or undue delay, in accordance with law.
