The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amba P.S. Case No. 73 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(X) of S.C./S.T. Act.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34917 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/3 The informant alleged that petitioners assaulted the informant and also damaged the tractor after abusing the informant. It is submitted that the allegation is false. There is a counter version. Wife of the petitioner no. 1 filed Amba P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013 against Mithilesh Paswan and others and they assaulted Rajendra Singh and his son. It appears that there is a case and counter case and assault made by the petitioners caused simple injuries.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 73 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
