1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, orders and directions commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the road side of Mohalla Dakchin Darwazaa (Narayan Chua) Township P.S. Vishnupad, District-Gaya.

(II) For issuance of a writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5183 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, orders and directions for commanding the respondents to remove the illegally and forcefully stated Sudha Dairy Kendra Sale Centre, Booth No.72 which is situated at Dakchin (Narayan Chua) Township P.S. Vishupad, District- Gaya by the respondent no.8."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, District-Gaya, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
