====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners, who are father, mother-in-law, are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It submitted on behalf of the petitioners that from the very prosecution story set out in the fardbeyan, itself it will appear that petitioners- in-laws are not responsible for the alleged crime. Aforesaid submission has been noted only for being rejected. The marriage having been performed in a temple without the consent of the petitioners, in such circumstances, possibility of

Prayer for bail in the event of arrest is rejected with direction to the petitioners to surrender in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014 within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail which should be considered in accordance with law.
