Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452,354(B), 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to ravish the informant. The FIR further discloses that the petitioner was in habit of assaulting the informant by committing house trespass. Petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner especially completion of the investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37827 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bandhuwa Kuraba Police Station Case No.05 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
