Case No. 34 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Banka.

However, keeping in view the fact that there is no accusation of repeating the blow, the learned Court below will consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner for regular bail, preferably, on the same day, in case he surrenders within six weeks.
