In the counter affidavit also there is no indication as to what happened on the said representation filed by the petitioner. In this view of the matter, it is directed to the Registrar, Co-operative Society (Respondent no.2) to pass a

Patna High Court CWJC No.8067 of 2021(5) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 reasoned order on the said representation filed by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of presenting before him. With this direction, the writ application is disposed off.
