The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case being the husband, it is next submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay a monthly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22690 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/3 amount of Rs. 6,000/- to the informant till the matter is not finally adjudicated in the trial.

The learned counsel for the informant, on instruction, does not dispute the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the informant, at this stage, submits that he will provide the Bank Account No. of the informant to the learned counsel for the petitioner on his Whatsapp. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will forward the same to the petitioner for making payment of monthly maintenance as agreed commencing from 01.07.2023.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. C-242 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
