Earlier petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20705/2018 dated 27.07.2018.

Report from the court below regarding present stage of case has been received wherein it is mentioned that bail bond of petitioner has already been cancelled by the court below on 28.03.2019 as petitioner did not comply the direction given by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20705/2018 dated 27.07.2018.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail. In the event petitioner offers to make payment of half amount before the Court below, the Court below will consider the prayer for bail of petitioner in accordance with law. The court below shall dispose off the bail petition on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
