The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Goh P.S. Case No.214 of 2018 registered under Sections 120(B), 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 427, 307, 323, 338, 332, 353, 393, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The gist of the allegation is that the informant after having received an information with regard to knocking down a person by a truck went to the place of occurrence and saw that the villagers of village Ibrahimpur and neighbouring village had assembled at the place of occurrence blocked the road and also

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are named on the basis of the disclosure made by Choukidar due to village politics. Similarly situated four other accused persons namely, Ajay Yadav, Surendra Yadav, Rajesh Yadav and Saheb Dayal Yadav have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75704 of 2018.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case of the petitioners stand on the same footing as that of Rajesh Yadav and others, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S.
