The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.27920 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
