JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in K.Hatt (Maranga) PS Case No. 645 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 504, 506 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the co-accused Amod Paswan had lodged the case prior to the present one against the present informant in which the petitioner is one of the witness and therefore the petitioner has falsely been implicated, there is no fire arm injury on the person of the informant and the allegation of assaulting on the head is against Amod Paswan and others and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Suraj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) PS Case No. 645 of 2017.
