JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2987 of 2017 arising out of Baisi P.S. Case No. 240 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 273, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B IPC and Section 30(a), 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is truck driver and he has been arrested in the instant case on 7.12.2017. He further submits that the petitioner was not aware that liquor was kept in the truck. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
