Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office be removed within four weeks.

As reflects from the FIR that the case has been registered under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and there is specific allegation amongst other the petitioner herein that he gave one of the fatal blow to the informant's husband.

Taking into account the fact that there is direct allegation of assault by the petitioner herein on the informant's husband (deceased) as also the fact that the FIR was registered attributing specific allegation against the petitioner in March,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17529 of 2022(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 2019 whereas the petitioner chose to come into judicial custody only in December, 2021 i.e. after two years and nine months, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly, rejected.
