The petitioner is in custody in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case the victim has been examined under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and in her statement she has not levelled any allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2020.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar,
