This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 15.09.2012 passed in Criminal Revision No.455 of 2004 by the court of the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai, dismissing the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the petitioner, preferred against the order dated 09.11.2004 passed in G.R. Case No.908 of 2002 by the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Begusarai, rejecting the application of the accused-petitioner filed under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge.
3. From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50057 of 2013 dt.10-04-2017 2/2 therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
