2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 282 of 2023 dated 13.11.2023, registered for the offence/s punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No such recovery, as alleged, has been made from possession of the petitioner. There is no independent witness.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19034 of 2024(3) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 Charge sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner above- named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 282 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
