2. The present application is being filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail, which has been sought only on the ground that the opposite party no.2 has not desired to accept the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner. I don't find that the same calls for interference by this Court to cancel the prearrest bail granted to the opposite party no.2 in Cri. Misc. No.55463 of 2022. However, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
