JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Though, the present application was filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015 but now the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for modification of further condition of order dated 12.05.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 9631 of 2015. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.05.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 9631 of 2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015 with a condition to deposit 20% of the alleged due amount with further condition to deposit rest of the amount after accounting or settlement of the dispute in certificate case within further period of one year. The present application has basically been filed for modification of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26296 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 further condition of deposit of rest of the amount since the petitioner has executed bail bonds by depositing 20% of the due amount.

Let the petitioner move the learned Sessions Judge for modification of further condition stipulated in anticipatory bail order.
