The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kartahan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 (A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant had made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter but the victim disclosed under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she voluntarily left her house in search of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34938 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 work. She came her house with a lady who gave her good advise and nobody kidnapped her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 69/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
