30645718130) dated 15.01.2009 of Rs.

32,000/- due date 15.01.2012 (both relates to package no. 19/38), in favour of N.B.C.C.

Ltd. (National Buildings Construction

Patna High Court CWJC No.8600 of 2015(3) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 Corporation Ltd.), with interest @ 18% from 21.04.2002, along with legal expenses."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
