The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhara (Raghubanshnagar) P.S. Case No. 264/15 registered under Sections 461 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner entered into her house and committed theft of ornaments and different articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is used to visit the house of the informant and others to give training for running Charkha and some money was missing and, that is why, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. It appears that the informant has made a very specific allegation that the daughter of the informant raised alarm when the petitioner committed theft and fled away.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
