The petitioner apprehend her arrest in connection with Kanti (Panpur OP) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.2866 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti (Panapur OP) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
