ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner No.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased lady and Petitioner No.2 is the married sister-in-law, who are in custody since 21.08.2017, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.348 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that now the husband of the deceased lady, namely, Md. Imran, has been granted the privilege of regular bail in connection with the present case in Cr. Misc. No.44640 of 2016, vide order dated 06.10.2016, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48814 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.348 of 2013.
