The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No.29 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that recovery of 12.750 litres of illicit liquor has been made from behind the house of the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.1,
