This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Rail P.S. Case No.141 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 8/20(b) (ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.75605 of 2023.

About 12 kg. of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the quantum of recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Further, no fresh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17567 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 ground for review of earlier order dated 27.02.2024 is made out. 5.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
