JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,447,504,506,307 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others came to the house of the informant in drunken state and resorted to firing but no one was caused fire arm injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Sonu Kumar, son of one of the accused lodged Hatidah P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 against the son of the informant, thereafter the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No19 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
